Ordered roses for a birthday on 31 May for delivery on 1st June. This company is Bangalore based. On 2nd June a flowery mat was delivered. The company denied this item and said the flowers were delivered at Kollam and they could not give me proof to whom they delivered and when. They said that the product received was not theirs. They offered to compensate and give a gift card. I asked for refund they refused as I paid online. The helpline is busy 24 hrs. I could only send email.
