Ordered flowers but on the day of delivery,status initially shown as on way now says flowers are unavailable. They can substitute it with cakes!
If I wanted cake I would have ordered cake,not flowers.
Bad experience, bloomsvilla cannot be used again.
Also where is the response to refund?
