My Oder was supposed to be delivered on 30-08-2023 by 11:50( that was a surprise gift) but the courier person calls me next day ( I have paid extra premium for delivery at preferred time). We neither received the order nor the refund, following up since 2 days and there’s no reply from bloomsvilla till date. This website seems to be a scam, it not only ruined my plan but also my money ( paid 1800 Rs for the product). Please forward this to as many as possible so that no one else will be a victim of this scam.
