I ordered some flowers for my husband’s birthday yesterday, little did I know they are not providing any 3 hour service, I called 100 times not reachable.. no mail reply also.. today they want to make that delivery which I clearly don’t want anymore, when I’m asking for refund they are asking for cancellation charges.. I mean why on earth you are asking for that?? Your pathetic service already irritated me so much.. bloomsvilla you are a fraud company.. close it if you can’t give proper service!!
