I have ordered fruit and flowers from bloomsvilla to be delivered to chennai. It was my cousin's wedding. It's not yet delivered. I have paid 3800 rs towards this. No one answering the calls and no one bothered to call me fir deliver or location.
Highly disappointed with this.
I need immediate action.
