I had a disappointing experience with Bloomsvilla (Order BV24214468). I ordered wild orchids and paid Rs. 1349, but the next day, I was informed that the flowers were unavailable. They offered red roses as a substitute, but I requested to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Instead, they insisted on charging a cancellation fee of Rs. 200. Additionally, their customer service has been frustratingly unresponsive. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times without success, and my request for a callback has been ignored. I expected better service and support, and I am disappointed with how this was handled. I would not recommend Bloomsvilla based on my experience.
