It seems Bloomsvilla a bogus online Flower bouquet website. I placed a prepaid order for a flower bouquet on 11-Oct and it had shown that delivery was available on the same day. Today 14-Oct, the bouquet was not delivered yet. There is no proper customer support available. They mention that they can respond only through emails. On the same day. I raised concern and till now no one replied or contacted me.
I suggest you not to place any order from this website forever and don;t waste your money.
