I had ordered yellow carnations for a loved one in vapi .It was ro be delivered between 8am to 12bpm on 24.11.24.i get a mail saying since yellow carnations are not available they would substitute with red roses.till late afternoon no flowers were received .what was delivered were multicolored withered discolored sad carnations.
I lost my money and my respect infront of my family .total disgrace .
