Terrible Service - Complete Scam! I wish I could give ZERO stars to this sham of a flower delivery company. They cancelled my order at the last minute, leaving me stranded and ruining an important occasion. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to not refund my money! Their so-called "cancellation charges" policy is the most ridiculous and unfair thing I’ve ever seen. Why should I be penalized when the product I ordered was unavailable due to THEIR incompetence? This company is blatantly exploiting its customers, and their lack of accountability is appalling. Customer service? Nonexistent. They don’t respond, don’t care, and definitely don’t understand the concept of resolving issues. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want your special moments ruined and your money stolen. Shame on them!
