After taking my entire address and pincode details, you accepted the order and then sent a message saying you can't deliver. Instead, you're offering gift vouchers worth the amount I paid, which I can use in the future. Why would I trust a company that makes false promises? You have many competitors who provide better service. I tried your service based on a friend's recommendation and had a terrible experience. In the future, I won't recommend you to anyone or use your service again. Please refund my money; I'm not interested in gift vouchers.
