Extremely bad service. They have cheated us. Extremely unprofessional. Ordered a bouquet for my mother’s birthday on 25 August but it was not delivered. After multiple follow-ups today on 30 August received an email that they will deliver the flowers shortly. Not sure in what sense they think it is ok to deliver birthday bouquet 5 days later. Very bad experience
