Bloors customer service are very good at ignoring the actual issues and deflecting blame without taking any responsibility
multiple issues with the build. no acknowledgement of the stress this has caused or that we have had to do your job for you, meeting contractors and constantly chasing for remedial works to be carried out or arguing with customer service who refuses to acknowledge certain faults. list of issues so far. main drainage (backfall of line, blocking of drains constantly), internal plumbing, blockages and odorous smells (told this is normal and to open up all taps on a weekly basis) flooding in garden (told this is normal. I spent thousand digging it out putting in correct materials to help with drainage and installing 2x soakaway's. please note this is not an exhaustive list but enough to make you think again about buying a new build with Bloor.
