Great customer service! Very personal attention. My husband and I had a lot of questions about wetsuit fit. We called a few times for advice; they were never rushed and did not try to pressure us into purchasing any product - just gave good practical advice. We really appreciated being able to try the stuff out in the water, and still return it if necessary.
