I like your guy's return and exchange policy. I was planning to use it but when I called you guys to get a question about a return I believe someone named Josh helped me out. He answered my question but wanted to help me and asked if he could help me with my sizing issues. He was on the phone with me for a while answered all my questions educated me on how a wet suit should fit and reassured me that the size I got was the right one.
