I was attracted to using Blue Bee Printing by their affordable price, however, before I even began my order I found myself unable to find a template and that their image guidelines were lacking. After submitting my image, I was informed I needed vectors for the image, something that really should have been part of their guidelines, my order was placed on proof rejected. I gave them a new image as soon as possible, hours after receiving the email. I would try to contact them over the process of a week, but after receiving no feedback over and over I canceled my order. I have not received any product from them. If there is anywhere on their website that gives me the information I lacked, it is not easily to find.
