Awful customer service - albeit during a difficult time.
Received an email today about a problem raised on June 8th after hours on the phone trying to get through and loads of unanswered emails.
Many, many businesses and key workers have bust a gut through this period to solve problems. Won't use them again - disappointed , upset and shocked really.
