Disgusting dirty property and disgusting customer service. No hot water for duration of stay during global pandemic. House run down with damp, cobwebs, rotten carpets and weird smells. Offered £100 by way of compensation.. which we still haven’t received. Rude and sarcastic customer service from “Tom”. Spent weeks going back and forth but unfortunately they felt that £100 would suffice one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. Do not book through this agent!!
