Really pleased with the desk and the service received generally, slight gripe in the pedestal provided didn't have the right screws to hold on its top. When I contacted the company they said that "a sensitive weighing device checks all orders" implying that I was lying about the missing parts. My reply to this was to point out that the sensitive weighing device was obviously not that good as whilst it was short of screws the pack did contain four random extra castors! I would have rated the company as very good if they had responded better to my request for the missing screws - its not nice to imply that your customers are lying.
