Buying process was quick and simple and desk arrived very quickly (even with a last minute request to change the delivery address).
Unfortunately, the desk top had damage to it from delivery. I got in contact with the customer service team by email to explain and they sent a new desk top out straight away. I received it within a day or two.
Even with a slight hiccup with the damage, it was all sorted and handled very well by the customer service team and i'm happy with my product.
