Kit out my office have a brilliant customer service. I ordered a desk but changed my mind once ordered as the measurements would not fit the space I have got nicely. KOMO rapidly answered my email and cancelled the order with no problems. I reordered a new desk from them the next day. Happy to purchase from them again.
