Delivery much slower than the (already slow) times shown in website.
Delivery only to kerbside.
Matching pieces not assembled correctly (2 left side pieces).
Slightly mitigated by friendly customer service, but little in practice done to alleviate the problems above. Nice people, but I wouldn't buy furniture from them.
