Disappointing experience with poor customer service. I received a damaged pedestal unit which also had a non-functioning top drawer. Took multiple e-mails and a phone call to eventually get a replacement, offered a small % refund if I kept the non-functioning & damaged unit with no viable solution provided. Only willing to do the bare legal minimum, slowly, with no compensation.
