I posted a 2-star review about a Bluespot desk. The company responded promptly and (to my surprise) had a fix for the problem. My fault for failing to contact them first.
Unprompted, they posted pre-drilled packing blocks with fixings which solved the problem as well as can be hoped for. So even if I had a problem with one product, I can't fault Bluespot's customer service. Well done, Bluespot!
