I haven't really had much direct dealing with the company, but the ordering and delivery process was very straightforward (although their website's a bit slow). My only minor complaint is that I sent Bluespot an email about the pricing of a particular product that was never even acknowledged. I was pleased to be able to buy what I wanted from a British company when many similar products in this price range are of Chinese manufacture.
