Terrible service,
At one time Virgin used to be good but not anymore
For Two weeks due to outrage in my area I did not have Internet connection. I spend hours waiting on the phone each time to be able to speak to an agent whom they all seemed unprofessional and unsympathetic.
10 days with no WiFi service and still counting.. My son missed most of his online tution, homework and subjects. I have been made redundant and was unable to do any job applications. I wake up every day calling virgin and make complaints, ask the agents to escalate the issue but my voice couldn't pass the agents.. No manager, no one from complaints called me back..
Therefore for my sons education and our sanity at home I have made the decision to leave Virgin, and so glad I have
