I only have Virgin Broadband because Openreach couldn't connect me when I tried to change to Sky broadband
I wanted to change as Virgin Customer Service is diabolical.I have recently change my contract which is for £28 per month.The current bill is for £49 and after making a complaint 3 daus ago nothing has been resolved. Virtually impossible to get through to anyone on the phone
