I don't have Virgin Media but they keep calling me to tell me there is a problem with my router and insisting I am a customer.
I went on their website to get more information and entered my post code and house number. The next day a Virgin Media salesman called to help with my enquire for broadband. This is in the middle of a national pandemic where people are being told to stay at home - in fact Vigin M dia stores are still closed. What a shambles of a company
