Crazy bad customer service.
Internet not been working properly since March, and now completely off for 5 days. However to leave I’d have to pay am early cancellation fee of £250! Even though they haven’t been providing a service for 10 months!!
Was promised a call back by a manager twice - alas nothing.
Have been told in order to exit the contract for free I have to have a visit from an engineer three times in 30 days - great during the second spike of a pandemic...
I have had so many issues I don’t even know where to start. I cannot run my business from home, after I lost my first due to Covid. Virgin are unbelievable and have left me shaking...
