One star for the actual broadband. 0 for everything else.
Been listening to the same bl***dy hold music for about 10 hours over the last month trying to talk to someone. They're more than happy to take your money but when it comes to closing your account, it's like trying to catch air with your hands! Been on hold for what feels like an eternity. The actual people by the time you get through are very nice but that doesn't mean anything if you lose the will to live by the time you speak to someone.
Be wary of their cancellation policy. I've given them 30 days notice but still have to pay extra for their divine blessing to leave. Apparently you have to kiss their feet to take your money elsewhere.
Go to Sky or BT. I haven't tried them yet myself bear in mind, but as long as they're not run by a farm animal they'll be better.
