Absolutely appalling customer service. Humans that I spoke to were indifferent and apathetic to my problem (transferring BT number across) Phonecall time totaled 91 minutes.
Not sure how this company is still trading.
I am now stuck in an 18 month contract with this utterly abhorrent enterprise.
