Trying to cancel the renewal of the contract was a nightmare .
Worst customer service EVER !
After 2 hours spent on the phone talking with 6 operators, YES 6 as 3 of them hangged up on me not willing to give them information regarding why do you move ,where,when for how long, where is the new address....WTF !!! i just want to cancel my contract as i don't need the services anymore !!!! simple as that !!!!
