Terrible company, been with them for over 5 years, my bill started out at £40 pounds, it's now £98 a month. Services constantly down, hours (literally) on hold waiting to speak to advisors and they don't ever answer the phone.
My services were off more than they were on.
The Internet connection is nothing special either. Sky is better
