I am trying to cancel the service, broadband service, as it is going to increase the monthly payment from 31GBP to 44 GBP.
Because I want to cancel the service, they are ignoring me, there is no phone number to contact them, I have tried different chats to try to get in contact with an agent and I have sent several complaints email, and I haven’t get in contact with them yet.
