Horrible , unprofessional and unethical staff!
Shame on you Virgin media!
Front desk Staff are only trying to sell products to consumers rather listening to their needs. I called to give 30 days notice about ending my contract and customer service decided to persuade me with other options and did not put a note on the system the reason why I called. Miscommunication at all levels!🤦🏻♀️
This caused me a lot of stress, higher monthly payment and waste of time.
Get better staff!
