Horrible company. Too many bad experiences to list. But just one takes the cake. I wanted to leave them for many reasons which I won't go into here. So I ring up and check what the cancellation fee will be. They tell me that there won't be one so I sign up with another provider and ring back 5 days later to cancel and am told that in fact there will be a rather sizable cancellation fee. Nice work pulling the old bait and switch VM, but I should have expected it from a bunch of scammers like you.
Still trying to work out if I can take this to small claims.
