Customer service is horrible. They used to be so good many years ago. Lies to customer about an 18 month fixed term contract & keeps raising the price whenever they want. When you call, if they can't deal with the issue they end the call! Having said that, once in a blue moon you find a very helpful customer service agent at virgin.
