Customer service is awful, speed tests show 100% full speeds yet in games getting constant packet loss and ping drops. Refused to put me through to a manager, claimed they weren't willing to help unless I get a full Wi-Fi disconnection. Not only does customer service sound like a human zoo If you complain they hang up.
