Virgin media promised 5 different installation dates. Then they kept making excuses 1. Dispute in address 2. Dispute in proof of address 3. No problem, proceed to installation (but they don’t) 4. Dispute in credit check 5. Proceed with installation but now they’ve said I don’t reach the criteria of their services. They’ve been egging me on since the beginning of June, having me run all sorts of errands. It is now august, I’ve had important law exams which I’ve underprepared for and failed because they didn’t tell me from the start that they couldn’t deliver these services. I now have to retake after hopping between all my friends houses to get wifi because they kept saying they were going to sort my wifi out. And now after speaking to a manager they’ve said they can’t help me nor can they say why. Ridiculous.
