Appalling customer service - 2hrs 20mins on the messaging app just for them to tell me I’m talking to the wrong team.
When you change a password it doesn’t update for 24hrs so if you call them back and give the new password you will fail security and they won’t talk to you.
They haven’t sent me the equipment that they say they have.
I would not recommend anyone to go with virgin under any circumstances.
