Poor internet coverage. When you make a claim for an internet speed investigation, they boost the signal briefly then it’s back to its usual poor internet speed and often, no internet supply what do ever.
The technician that installed Virgin Media made fun of my disability which really got to me and was in front of my sister, so was incredibly embarrassing. I would strongly recommend not using Virgin Media. Also they apply hefty exit fees in the contracts (£800+). Staff on the phone are evasive and claimed I couldn’t cancel, when that was untrue. My internet is not useable. Avoid.
