Absolutely awful service. We rebooted the router three times a day to reconnect the wifi. Eventually, an engineer came out and installed a new router - now nothing works at all. We have tried on three occasions to contact Virgin, and they hang up after 20 minutes each time. If you run a business, please, DO NOT USE VIRGIN MEDIA
