We cancelled our TV , Broadband as we moved house for a year and can not get Virgin here. We phonedand wrote to company and have done this 3-4 times. Virgin agree we cancelled but keep charging monthly meanwhile we cancelled standing order after informing Virgin 6 weeks after cancelling We are at our wits end now.There is no way to cancel or get this company to do as they agree to do on phone.Even contacted company to return their equipment.Copies provided many times to Virgin.
