United Utilities cut through a cable in 2016 denied it since then i have been on a temp cable linked to next door after loads a phone calls to virgin assement visits one Engineer told me all you need is a repull as your cable route is already there phoned again today now 2023 told todaythey need council permission which would take time blah blah my tv hd is rubbish keeps breaking up my phone is not useable when it rains been with this company well over 20 years the advisors i spoke Today were poor GOOD BYE VIRGIN NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE !!!
