Been trying to tell them I'm moving house for the past 2 days. Been sitting in the online live chat for 3 hours and live sms chat for 2, no reaction.
That stupid bot keep asking wether I want to hold or cancel every few minutes.
I'm so glad the building I'm moving to does not and wont ever have virgin media.
Will never go with them again
