absolutely appaling service from Virgin media. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. then if you try and cancel they threaten you with an early termination fee of hundreds of pounds. awful broadband, awful customer service and as close to criminal as its possible to be, AVOID VIRGIN MEDIA
