Scammers in customer service call center. I was asked for my personal email address password in order to create a VM online account. Don't ever give your personal email address password to anyone. This is a scam. Virgin Media couldn't have cared less. Stay away from this company at all costs. Virgin Media customers beware!!! Scammers on the staff!!!!
