I would leave no star for their service as it is absolutely rubbish
I have added a picture showing the speed which is the minimum guaranteed speed of 1gb broadband
Shame on you Virgin Media
Your services are useless and absolutely unacceptable
Make sure you reply with a real speed test not the one you guaranteed when we get the contract
If you want to charge your customers an early fee for disconnecting your rubbish services make sure you supply something at least acceptable
