Avoid at all costs! What a mistake I made not to check reviews before going for a VM contract! I have had a month of endless phone calls to them, queuing at times for an hour, just to be put through a dept that either refuses to help or puts me through to another dept. Customer service dept that are in India are useless, the ones based in UK are rude, have spoken to countless team leaders, floor managers (when there is one available, which is seldom), tech advisors- all promising to help and nobody ever does! VM ruined my Xmas, caused ne immense amounts of stress and time, and affected the resale value of my house! Literally EVERY other provider is better, don't even contemplate using them and don't get tempted by their sales spiel and fibre promises - once they hook you, you are roasted! Avoid like the plague!
