I’ve been a loyal Virgin Media customer for nine years, spending over £100 a month. Now, at a time when I need to cut costs due to my husband’s critical illness, Virgin Media is making it as difficult as possible to reduce my contract.
Twelve months into an 18-month contract, the only way to lower my bill was to pay £214 and upgrade to a broadband package we don’t even need—just so they can squeeze more money from a family already struggling. Absolutely disgraceful.
Once this contract ends, we’ll be taking our broadband business elsewhere. Virgin Media’s greed and lack of compassion are shocking. Avoid this company at all costs!
