What a shocking service. My parents have been cut off due to a payment dispute. 25 years they have been with them. My parent service went down in January 13th and they are still not up and running. Disgusting way to treat an 89 year old man and his wife. Also, when you call the call centre you don’t get to speak to a uk Representative, then when you ask to speak to a manager they put you on hold for 20 mins at which point I hung up. We are now moving on to BT. I’ve already spoken to them and guess what? I got to spoke to a uk national and could understand every word. 👏BT
